Enter fugi9 — Log In Fast and Start Playing

Logging in to fugi9 takes just a few seconds — enter your mobile number and password and you're in. Most members log in via the mobile app, where fingerprint or face unlock makes access even faster.

Fugi9 supports two login methods — mobile number and email. If you provided an email address during registration, you can use either to log in. If not, simply use your mobile number.

Fugi9 uses TLS encryption to keep every login session secure. This means your login credentials are fully encrypted in transit — no one can intercept them. Maintaining this security standard is a mandatory requirement of the Curacao License.

You can be logged into the same account on multiple devices at the same time — for example, on both your mobile and your computer. For security reasons, however, an older session may be automatically logged out when a new device signs in.

Entering the wrong password too many times may temporarily lock your account — this is an intentional security measure. If your account is locked, wait a few minutes or reset your password using an OTP.

To keep your personal information safe, change your password every few months, avoid simple passwords (such as 123456), and never share your login credentials with anyone. fugi9 will never ask for your password over live chat or phone.

• Use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters in your password

• Use a VPN when logging in on public Wi-Fi
• Think twice before saving your password in the browser
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately
• fugi9 will never ask for your password or OTP code
